New wardrobe - allmost a walkin

I've got a new closet, or in reality it's not new, I just rearranged it, getting more space with the ones I had already. The closets are about 20 years old and originates from my parents old apartment on Frederiksberg, later they moved with us to my parents house where they all so moved around. Finally they have moved with me to my apartment. Talk about reusing your stuff. They aren't the prettiest sight I've ever seen and actually not that roomy, since they are to deep to utilize reasonably. Next step is probably some white paint, since they have a yellowish glow over them. Right now though, I just feel like I'm in heaven with all the space that got created.

Here's the result in a Gif, more pictures and explanation (including Danish part of the post) to follow after the jump.

The empty but ready to be filled.
When my boyfriend moved into my apartment and everything got moved around I got the possibility for more hanger space between my wardrobes, I previously had about half a meter. Since I have no hanger space in my wardrobes, the room between my wardrobes are the only opportunity for anywhere to hang anything on hangers. Besides hanger space I got some space for a bunch of shelves, where among other things, my shoes and hats could be stored. Previously my shoes were placed inside the closet and filled up the space, not any more. The shelves are made from cheap residual wood from the local hardware store and some shelf brackets from Ikea. They weren't the prettiest sight I have ever seen, so I covered the shelves with fabric. It's way cheaper to use (big) fabric scraps than paint, it's also easy and the possibilities are great. You just use a staple gun and  you best gift wrapping skills.

Bendy, bendy, bendy and it's making me nervous.

There is a minor problem though, the hanger rod is not completely stable, so I have bought a water pipe that I'm going to put in, instead of the rod.
